Hello friends. It's good to be back after a temporary hiatus. The short version of the story is that I got incredibly busy last summer, and then in the fall, and then in the winter...and the weeks turned into months and before you knew it, I hadn't put out a podcast episode in a long time! I HAVE done some youtube videos, but just a few. I'm glad to be back. I hope you continue to be a listener and supporter. Thank you for the kind emails and questions while I was away.

I'm new to your podcast (literally, just came across it yesterday) but I want to thank you for sharing your depth of knowledge. Listened to ep 106 and 107 (audio terminology) and I can't thank you enough for clarifying such an overwhelming volume (ha.. that wasn't intended but i mean, how would I ignore what just happened) of information. I've been playing drums for 35 years (and electric bass for 1 year) and I'm brand new to recording, just getting started with my first DAW and interface etc, so I'll be looking forward to any noob-targeted episodes that come down the line.
